1. Customer Acceptance
By browsing products, submitting an order, contacting support or using Flipzify services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Customers must provide correct name, phone, email, address and pincode.
- Customers must check product details before placing an order.
- Flipzify may update these terms for operational or business reasons.
2. Orders & Product Information
We try to show product images, descriptions, prices and benefits clearly. Minor differences in color, size or packaging may happen due to screen settings or supplier updates.
- All orders are subject to confirmation, availability and delivery serviceability.
- Flipzify may cancel fake, duplicate or suspicious orders.
- Order ID should be saved for tracking and support.
3. Payments
- Cash on Delivery and UPI options may be available depending on order setup.
- COD charge may apply where applicable.
- No additional tax is added currently because Flipzify is in early setup stage.
- For UPI orders, customers may be asked to share UTR/reference ID.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time may vary depending on product, pincode and courier availability.
- Incorrect address or phone number may delay or cancel delivery.
- Customers can track order status through Track Order page using Order ID.
5. Return & Replacement
- Eligible return/replacement requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items may qualify for support.
- Photos or unboxing video may be required for faster verification.
- Used, intentionally damaged or proof-less cases may be rejected.
6. Customer Support
Customers can contact Flipzify support through WhatsApp or other provided contact methods for product, order, tracking or return-related help.
